PhD, literary scholar and scientific librarian. Until 1995 research assistant at the department of German studies at the Free University of Berlin. Head of the single-page material division of the Berlin State Library’s manuscript department. Research focuses: Literature and cultural history of the Early Modern Age, the Third Reich and the modern age. Biographical research, literary lexicography, edition philology. Co-publisher of the Inter-Lit monograph series.

Prof. Dr. Brigitte Jirku
Professor for literary studies at the University of Valencia (Spain). Focus of work: Gender studies, literature by women (18th century and present), autobiographical discourse as well as postdramatic art and performativity. Her publications in the last years were preeminently papers on Elfriede Jelinek. Close cooperation with the Stiftung Frauen-Literatur-Forschung, especially during her research stays at the University of Bremen, co-publisher of multiple volumes in the Inter-Lit monograph series; Cooperation with the Elfriede Jelinek Research Center.

Multiple research projects at the Austrian Science Fund FWF. Numerous editions and papers on Christine Lavant. Publications in the field Austrian literature and culture of the 20th century, edition philology, archive theory und -practice. 2003 Theodor Körner-Prize for science and art. 2004 foundation of the „Forschungsstelle Quellen und Kultur“ (Research Centre Sources and Culture), since then manageress.

Publications in the field Austrian literature and culture of the 20th century, edition philology, archive theory and -praxis. 2004 foundation of the „Forschungsstelle Quellen und Kultur“ (Research Centre Sources and Culture), since then chairwoman.

Dr. Gudrun Wedel
PhD, historian and literary scholar in Berlin, research focuses are women’s autobiographies, gender studies, history of education; numerous publications, most recently "Autobiographien von Frauen. Ein Lexikon" 2010; member of NEWW=New Approaches to European Women’s Writing before 1900, member of the German Sociological Association’s section biographical research.
